Oklahoma adopts the IHRA's Working Definition of Anti-Semitism for educational and reporting purposes.

Oklahoma adopts the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance's Working Definition of Anti-Semitism to guide training, education, and combating anti-Semitic hate crimes and discrimination. This definition will be used for tracking and reporting incidents within the state. The law emphasizes that it does not diminish any First Amendment rights and will not be in force until its passage and approval.
