Oklahoma SB969 amends the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority's land acquisition process to ensure property owners receive compensation for damages caused by turnpike projects. The Authority must notify abutting property owners of intended right-of-way acquisitions and offer compensation for property devaluation or acquisition upon request.
