Oklahoma SB950 sets a minimum markup for the sale of alcoholic beverages, effective November 1, 2025.

Oklahoma SB950 amends the retail sales of alcoholic beverages by prohibiting them from being sold for less than a six percent markup above the actual unit cost. Exceptions include sales of seasonable merchandise in bona fide clearance sales, imperfect or damaged merchandise, merchandise being discontinued, and sales at any bona fide auction. The act becomes effective November 1, 2025.
