SB911

Oklahoma SB911 modifies the Employment Security Act of 1980 by adjusting contribution rates and percentages for employers.

Oklahoma SB911 amends the Employment Security Act of 1980 by modifying conditional factors and percentages for employer contributions. The bill introduces new contribution rates based on the balance of the unemployment compensation fund and the employer's benefit wage ratio. It also updates the rate table for each conditional factor and adjusts the minimum balance necessary for the fund. The changes aim to ensure the fund's financial stability while affecting employers' contribution rates.
