Oklahoma SB90 enacts a 5% benefit increase for retirees from the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System, Oklahoma Police Pension and Retirement System, Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System, and Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System. The increase applies to those receiving benefits as of June 30, 2025, and continuing to receive benefits after the act's effective date. The bill also specifies that members who joined before January 1, 1981, will have their pensions adjusted by one-third of the increase. The changes are codified in the Oklahoma Statutes.
