Oklahoma SB9 introduces a new section of law to increase benefits for retirees of the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System. Effective from the date of enactment, retirees who continue to receive benefits after June 30, 2025, will receive a 5% increase. Any future increases in benefits under other sections will offset this new increase.
