Oklahoma SB884 creates the Oklahoma Right to Life Act, prohibiting certain abortion acts and imposing duties on health care providers.

Oklahoma SB884, the Oklahoma Right to Life Act, prohibits purposely or recklessly performing, attempting to perform, or aiding in any way the performance of an abortion. It mandates health care providers to deliver the unborn person when a medical condition threatens the pregnant woman's life. The act grants criminal and civil immunities to providers who make reasonable efforts to preserve life. It declares an emergency, allowing the act to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
