Oklahoma SB846 prohibits higher education institutions from requiring DEI-CRT related content in curricula and courses.

Oklahoma SB846, known as the Stop DEI Act, prohibits institutions of higher education from requiring, soliciting, or incentivizing participation in DEI-CRT related content. This includes any requirement or guidance that a course instructor include or curate materials on the basis of the race, sex, or gender identity of an author or authors, or participating in any DEI-CRT related workshop, training, seminar, or professional development. The act also prohibits requiring students to enroll in DEI-CRT related education, major, minor, or certificate requirements.
