Oklahoma SB815 requires immediate sealing of records in forcible entry and detainer cases when the court dismisses the action or enters a judgment in favor of the defendant. Sealed records are to be removed from public databases and cannot be sold or released to third parties. Access to sealed records is restricted to the defendant, their attorney, the court, and the court clerk. The provisions apply to all related court records, including complaints and orders.
