Oklahoma SB814 amends absentee ballot procedures to allow deployed uniformed service members to receive absentee ballots. The bill specifies that these ballots must be returned to the county election board by 7:00 p.m. on election day. The Secretary of the State Election Board will implement these procedures through rules. The act becomes effective July 1, 2025.
