Oklahoma SB746 requires disclosure for media created with generative artificial intelligence, including political ads and news content. For visual media, the disclosure must be easily readable and appear for the duration of the content. Audio media must include a clearly spoken disclosure at the beginning and end. Candidates depicted through AI may seek legal relief or damages. The law also defines generative artificial intelligence and establishes exceptions for bona fide news events.
