Oklahoma SB725 amends the Governor's Council for Workforce and Economic Development to prepare a report on workforce development.

Oklahoma SB725 amends the Governor's Council for Workforce and Economic Development, established under Executive Order 2005-27, to prepare a comprehensive report on workforce development. The report will analyze state health professional education and training capacity, recommend recruitment and retention strategies for high-need areas, and assess health workforce policy. The Council, composed of private sector employers, state officials, and other stakeholders, will analyze workforce needs and economic development goals to create a competitive workforce.
