SB653

Oklahoma Today Magazine; allowing electronic distribution. Effective date.

Introduced·2/3/25

Oklahoma SB653 allows the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department to distribute "Oklahoma Today Magazine" electronically.

Oklahoma SB653 creates the "Oklahoma Today Magazine" Division within the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department, responsible for publishing the magazine at least six times a year. The bill authorizes the magazine to sell advertising, which must be approved by the appropriate division director. It exempts the sale of advertising and negotiation of rates from the Oklahoma Central Purchasing Act of 1974 and the Administrative Procedures Act.
