Oklahoma SB649 allows driver license applicants to donate durable medical equipment to non-profits upon death.

Oklahoma SB649 permits applicants for driver licenses or identification cards to donate durable medical equipment to a non-profit entity chosen by Service Oklahoma upon their death. Service Oklahoma will create rules for marking the license to indicate the donor status and specify where this information will appear on the credential. This bill includes provisions for codification and sets an effective date.
