This bill amends Oklahoma law to expand the scope of criminal acts that mandate a minimum percentage of the sentence to be served. The changes include adding offenses such as aggravated trafficking, human trafficking, and discharging a firearm at a public or business building. The bill updates statutory language and modifies references to certain criminal offenses. Effective November 1, 2025.
