Oklahoma SB592 amends the sale and delivery restrictions for alcoholic beverages, prohibiting sales on Sundays and certain holidays.

Oklahoma SB592 modifies the permissible days for the sale or delivery of alcoholic beverages by amending 37A O.S. 2021, Section 6-104. The bill prohibits wine or spirits wholesaler licensees from selling or delivering any amount of spirits or wines to any licensee on Sunday, New Year’s Day, the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day. This change aims to regulate the distribution of alcoholic beverages by limiting the days on which sales can occur. The amendment will take effect on November 1, 2025.
