Oklahoma SB576 amends the Oklahoma State University Medical Authority to allow virtual meetings under specific conditions. The bill updates statutory language and authorizes the Authority to hold meetings by videoconference, provided each member is visible and audible to others and the public. The meeting notice and agenda must indicate videoconferencing locations and provide website addresses. The Authority must record each public meeting held by videoconference.
