Expands Oklahoma's state preemption to cover firearms, air-powered pistols, rifles, knives, and ammunition components.

This bill expands the scope of Oklahoma's state preemption to cover firearms, air-powered pistols, rifles, knives, firearm and ammunition components, ammunition, and supplies. It prohibits municipalities from adopting policies or resolutions that violate state preemption. The bill allows aggrieved persons to retain standing to file civil actions against municipalities that fail to rescind, repeal, or abrogate unlawful orders, policies, ordinances, resolutions, or regulations. It also provides for the payment of reasonable expenses under certain circumstances.
