Oklahoma SB500 establishes a new law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1289.31 of Title 21. The law prohibits governmental entities from entering into contracts with companies unless the contracts include written verification that the company does not discriminate against firearm entities or trade associations. The verification must state that the company does not have policies or practices that discriminate against such entities and will not do so during the contract term.
