Oklahoma SB492 repeals multiple sections of the state's asset forfeiture laws, including those related to property subject to forfeiture, drug manufacture vehicles, seizure of property, summary forfeiture of substances, notice of seizure and forfeiture proceedings, itemization and destruction of items, and disposition of seized property. The repeals are effective November 1, 2025.
