Oklahoma SB448 amends existing law to require nonresident hunters to receive permission from the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission to use certain Wildlife Management Areas. The Commission is authorized to create a system for permitting and to promulgate necessary rules. The bill also updates statutory language and sets fines for violations. Effective date is provided.
