Oklahoma SB446 amends the unlawful carry of firearms in certain places and business owner’s rights. It prohibits colleges, universities, and technology center schools from banning lawful firearm possession on their properties. It allows certain officials and employees to carry concealed handguns in courthouses. It authorizes the open carry of lawful firearms during the Oklahoma State Fair or the Tulsa State Fair. It also allows property owners, tenants, employers, and others to prohibit firearms on their properties if they post signs. The act becomes effective November 1, 2025.
