Oklahoma SB427 requires hospitals, medical facilities, and long-term care facilities to publish all their policies and procedures on their websites and keep them updated. It also grants individuals the right to obtain detailed information about any additions, deletions, or edits made to their medical records or those of a minor child or another patient for whom they have legal authority. The State Commissioner of Health is directed to promulgate rules to implement this section. The act will become effective November 1, 2025.
