Oklahoma SB418 requires the Department of Corrections to designate restrooms, changing rooms, and sleeping quarters for exclusive use by either.

Oklahoma SB418 mandates that the Department of Corrections designate multi-occupancy restrooms, changing rooms, and sleeping quarters for exclusive use by either females or males. These designated spaces can only be used by members of the specified sex, except in certain circumstances such as emergencies, natural disasters, or when necessary to prevent a serious threat to order and safety.
