Oklahoma SB416 amends the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act to redefine prohibited ammunition. It specifies that any concealed or unconcealed handgun loaded with restricted bullets, larger than.45 caliber, or otherwise prohibited by law is considered a prohibited weapon. Violators face criminal penalties.
