Oklahoma SB411 mandates law enforcement to notify school officials of investigations or arrests of employees for offenses against students.

Oklahoma SB411 requires law enforcement to notify the superintendent of a school district, public charter school, or public virtual charter school when an employee is under investigation for, arrested in relation to, or charged with offenses against students. The superintendent must then notify parents and guardians of students. The board of education or governing board must suspend the employee without notice or hearing pending the outcome of the investigation or charges.
