Extends the sunset date of the State Board of Licensed Social Workers to July 1, 2026.

The bill amends the State Board of Licensed Social Workers' sunset date, extending it to July 1, 2026. The Board consists of seven members, three of whom must be licensed social workers or licensed clinical social workers. Two members must be licensed as either social work associates or master’s social workers. The Board has duties, powers, and authority necessary for enforcing the Social Worker’s Licensing Act. An emergency clause makes the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
