Oklahoma SB379 establishes procedures for the removal of arrest booking photographs from publication or dissemination.

Oklahoma SB379 requires businesses or individuals to remove arrest booking photographs upon written request. The request must include specific information and be sent by registered mail. Businesses or individuals who solicit or accept payment for removal are prohibited. The law sets a deadline for removal and prohibits republishing or disseminating removed photographs.
