Oklahoma SB332 amends the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act to set fees for medical marijuana business licenses. The initial fee for a medical marijuana dispensary license is $2,500, with annual fees calculated at 10% of the combined state sales tax and state excise tax from the previous year, with a minimum of $2,500. Fees for medical marijuana commercial grower and processor licenses are tiered based on the amount of biomass or cannabis concentrate produced or sold.
