Oklahoma SB313 amends the collection of delinquent taxes by requiring county treasurers to transfer excess proceeds from property resales to the State Treasurer for deposit in the Unclaimed Property Fund. This applies after all efforts to return the proceeds to the property owner have been exhausted. The bill specifies that the act becomes effective November 1, 2025.
