Oklahoma SB31 establishes the Oklahoma National Guard CareerTech Assistance Program, offering tuition assistance to eligible members of the Oklahoma National Guard. Eligible Guard members must have a high school diploma or GED, enroll in a technology center school, and have at least one year remaining on their enlistment contract. Assistance is subject to funding availability and is capped at three years. Members must maintain a 2.0 GPA, satisfactory participation in the Guard, and a Military Occupational Specialty or Air Force Specialty Code.
