Oklahoma SB302 establishes the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Legacy Fund and appropriates funds to it.

Oklahoma SB302 creates the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Legacy Fund within the State Treasury. The fund will consist of surplus monies and savings appropriated by the Legislature. The State Treasurer is required to appoint investment managers and establish investment guidelines. The fund's income and investment returns will accrue to its balance. The Treasurer must report annually on the fund's value and growth. If the fund's value exceeds $100 million or increases by $100 million increments, a transfer to the General Revenue Fund is mandated.
