Oklahoma SB275 establishes the Oklahoma Workforce Housing Commission to focus on expanding affordable housing. The Commission will be composed of ten members appointed by the Governor and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, with additional ex officio members from relevant state agencies. The Commission will implement reports and plans for affordable housing expansion, including an annual report to the Governor and Legislature. The Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency will promulgate rules for a comprehensive housing needs assessment and an annual affordable housing report.
