Oklahoma SB264 requires the Corporation Commission to create a GIS-based web service application for coordinating public works projects, utility planning, and infrastructure. The application, intended for operators, political subdivisions, and other interested entities, aims to enhance efficiencies and identify coordination opportunities. The Commission must contract with an outside entity under the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 and promulgate rules to implement the provisions. The act becomes effective on November 1, 2025.
