Oklahoma SB263 amends the Terry Peach North Canadian Watershed Water Restoration Act to enhance the management and eradication of harmful woody species in the North Canadian Watershed. The bill updates the statutory language and expands the pilot program administered by the Oklahoma Conservation Commission. It authorizes the Commission to use funds from the North Canadian Watershed Water Restoration Revolving Fund for prescribed burns, biological controls, mechanical removal, and herbicide applications.
