Oklahoma SB248 amends the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department Revolving Fund, updating statutory references and language. The fund will consist of monies received from concessionaire agreements and interest from investments. Funds will be used for state parks maintenance and capital projects, as well as for the administration, operation, and maintenance expenses of the Department. The fund is not subject to fiscal year limitations and is under the administrative direction of the Department.
