Oklahoma SB241 appropriates $20 million for rebates on capital investments in hydrogen-based products.

Oklahoma SB241 allocates $20 million from the General Revenue Fund for rebates on capital investments in establishments that refine, manufacture, or process hydrogen-based products in industries classified under Subsector 324 or 325 of the North American Industry Classification System. The act aims to support economic development in hydrogen-based industries and will become effective November 1, 2025.
