Modifies the Oklahoma Controlled Burn Indemnity Fund to include prescribed burn plans and notice requirements.

Amends the Oklahoma Controlled Burn Indemnity Fund to require landowners to create a prescribed burn plan and notify adjoining landowners and local fire departments before conducting a burn. The fund will compensate landowners for losses incurred during prescribed burns. The Conservation Commission will administer the fund, which will be reimbursed from the General Revenue Fund. The act becomes effective November 1, 2026.
