Oklahoma SB2127 establishes the Advisory Council on Product Classification within the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry. The Council will provide advisory services and recommendations to the Department regarding the classification of agriculture and food products. The Council will consist of five members appointed by the State Board of Agriculture. Members will serve in an advisory capacity and can be reimbursed for travel expenses under the State Travel Reimbursement Act. The act will become effective on November 1, 2026.
