It allows advertising and off-premises sales of ungraded raw milk or milk products produced by livestock on the premises. The bill also increases the average monthly yield for incidental sales and requires labels indicating the product is raw or unpasteurized and the date it was filled. It repeals the permit requirement for ungraded raw milk or milk products sales.
