SB2111

Oklahoma SB2111 modifies hunting clothing requirements, exempting commercial hunting areas from fluorescent orange clothing mandates.

Oklahoma SB2111 amends the state's hunting regulations by modifying the clothing requirements for hunters. Specifically, it exempts commercial hunting areas from the requirement to wear fluorescent orange clothing. The bill maintains the existing rule that hunters must wear a head covering and an outer garment totaling 500 square inches, with at least 400 square inches in daylight fluorescent orange. This change applies to hunting activities conducted in commercial hunting areas.
