Oklahoma SB2110 amends state law to permit the sale of ungraded eggs directly from producers to consumers at specified locations. This includes sales on the farm, at farmers' markets, or directly to consumers off the farm. The bill exempts producers from certain regulations when selling ungraded eggs from their own flock production. The changes take effect immediately upon enactment.
