SB2105

Oklahoma SB2105 authorizes the Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority to finance the Greer Center Facility and allows the Department of Human.

Oklahoma SB2105 amends the Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority's financing authority for the Greer Center Facility. It allows the Department of Human Services to sublease certain real property to a nonprofit organization for a facility serving at-risk youth. The bill also grants the nonprofit organization the right of first refusal on the property if it is later transferred. The Authority can issue obligations to pay for the acquisition and improvements, and the proceeds cannot be taxed. The bill declares an emergency due to the necessity for public health and safety.
