Oklahoma SB21 increases benefits for certain retired Oklahoma police officers.

Oklahoma SB21 provides a 4% increase in benefits for members of the Oklahoma Police Pension and Retirement System who have been retired for five years or more as of June 30, 2025. Additionally, for members who joined the system before January 1, 1981, their pension will increase or decrease by one-third of any change to the base salary of a regular police officer. The bill also includes provisions for codification in the Oklahoma Statutes.
