Requires entities issuing building permits to notify county assessors weekly.

Advances the clean energy transition by requiring entities that issue building permits to provide weekly notification of issuances to the county assessor. Establishes a new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 43-117 of Title 11. Amends sections of the Local Development Act and the Ad Valorem Tax Code to authorize certain notifications, applications, letters, and transactional statements to be issued by electronic mail, updates statutory language, and provides for codification. Sets an effective date for the changes.
