SB208

Oklahoma SB208 authorizes the Department of Wildlife Conservation to implement a system for registration and licensing of hunting guides.

Oklahoma SB208 requires residents and nonresidents to obtain a hunting guide license to assist, accompany, transport, guide, outfit, or aid persons in the taking of game for compensation or other consideration. The bill establishes requirements for the license, including age, proof of identification, first aid certification, and personal liability insurance. It also exempts certain entities from the licensing requirement and sets a fee structure for violations.
