Oklahoma SB2028 amends the Oklahoma Milk and Milk Products Act to allow incidental sales of ungraded raw milk and raw milk products directly to consumers. It also permits farmers and producers to make cheese using milk or cream produced on their farms. The bill increases the average monthly yield limit for incidental sales of goat milk to 1,500 gallons. It repeals the requirement for a permit for ungraded raw milk sales and declares an emergency, effective immediately upon passage and approval.
