Oklahoma SB2027 amends the Oklahoma Milk and Milk Products Act to exempt certain sales and advertising of raw milk and goat milk.

Oklahoma SB2027 amends the Oklahoma Milk and Milk Products Act to exempt incidental sales of ungraded raw milk or raw milk products directly to consumers at the farm. It also allows advertising of the incidental sale of goat milk and ungraded raw milk or raw milk products. The bill declares an emergency, allowing it to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
