SB2025

Oklahoma SB2025 establishes regulations for digital asset kiosks, requiring operators to hold licenses and display specific information to consumers.

Oklahoma SB2025, the Virtual Currency Kiosk Consumer Access and Protection Act, mandates that digital asset kiosk operators in the state hold a valid money transmission license or a virtual currency business license. The bill requires kiosks to display essential information, including exchange rates, transaction limits, and notices about the irrevocability and lack of insurance for digital asset transactions. Operators must also prominently display a fraud warning and a customer service phone number.
