Oklahoma SB2006 amends the Oklahoma Statutes to prohibit institutions within The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education from using state funds to provide scholarships, grants, tuition aid, or discounted tuition to foreign national students from countries designated by the U.S. Department of State as countries of particular concern. This prohibition takes effect starting with the 2026-2027 academic year. The bill also includes an emergency clause, indicating immediate implementation upon passage and approval.
